Virgin, for thou hast remained undefiled? Pure Mother, for thou hast held in thy holy embrace thy Son, Who is God of all? Beseech him that our souls be saved.

Text written on icon in Old Slavic: On the Icon of the Mother of God, named "Graced of Heaven" ("Blagodatnoe Nebo"), the Mother of God is imaged in full stature. On Her left arm is the Divine-Infant. Certain people call also this image of the Mother of God "What Name we Thee" ("Chto Tya narechem").
